"I was there the other day after work and the staff was very friendly. I was a little nervous because I’ve never been to this location and was trying a new stylist. Mireya ended up being my stylist and she was awesome. She made sure she understood what it was I wanted for my hair as well as making her own recommendations. She took the time to go through the steps of the haircut which I really appreciated as I have never experienced that before. She also took the time to get to know my hair routine and recommended a product based on it. I will definitely be returning. If you plan on going ask for Mireya, she’s awesome."

"Wait time is decent, even during lunch you can usually get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I have gone to this location several times for cuts and I'm always happy with the haircut. However...don't expect much from the MVP. It always seems rushed. Literally less than 5 second face massage during the shampoo during my cut yesterday. I'm not even exaggerating to make a point. I thought maybe she was interrupted. Nope. That's all I got. And I had to style my hair myself before I left because she was too lazy to even attempt it. Really? I didn't walk with a hat on and I'm clearly dressed like I'm going back to work. Nothing? And this was before a lunch rush and no one was waiting. This is what I paid extra for? I've had a similar experience with the other stylists there - although not quite as bad. I keep going because it is convenient to my work but I will be looking elsewhere now. I've gone to Sportsclips for years. Lived in multiple states so I have visited several locations. I figure you need to give a location a 2nd or 3rd shot. You never know when you catch someone on a bad day. Fine. I understand. But I'm done. For a $25+tip cut I expect more. And I get more at other places. Better service, longer massage, better tips/advice from the stylist, free drink when you arrive, etc. Lower your prices or increase your service. I'd happily spend more $ if I was happy with the service."

"Excellent place! The wait is usually not that bad, and they seem to staff an adequate amount of stylists. They always give me a great haircut, and they offer a veterans discount, which is good for me!"
